Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has been commissioned to provide TransPlus at 56 Dean Street, the first integrated gender, HIV and sexual health service by NHS England. If you have not heard from us within five weeks of the closing date, please assume that you have not been shortlisted.Main duties of the jobThe Clinical Fellow will work alongside other members of staff to deliver first class care to individuals presenting with gender dysphoria in a sexual health setting, to make appropriate onward referrals and to review and manage abnormal results from clinic attendees (with support from senior members of staff as appropriate).The service refers for the range of services described in the NHS England service specification and agrees and co-ordinates treatment plans specifically tailored to address each service-user's goals and clinical needs.These services include:1. An assessment, diagnostic, and person-specific treatment planning service, involving the client in every aspect of their care2. Endorsement for surgical gender affirming surgeries3. Referral for facial depilation4. Referral for speech and language therapy5. Advice and advocacy to support bio-psycho-social adjustment6. Specialist psychological interventions7.
