Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated registered nurse who is dedicated in providing the highest standards of care to join our team at a new private outpatient unit that is being developed on Welbeck Street, in Central London
This is a unique opportunity to work with a group of leading Dermatology and Allergy consultants and ENT Consultants in London and in the UK.

OneWelbeck Skin Health and Allergy / OneWelbeck ENT are founded by a group of leading dermatologists, allergists as well as ENT Consultants who are each renowned in their area of specialism and treat adults and children.
The centre is providing consulting services, diagnostic tests, treatment and surgical procedures.
The centre is designed with the flexibility for additional specialist groups to join, offering a wide range of services to our patients.
Main duties and responsibilities
Delivering top class care to our patients:
Commitment and focus on individualised patient care, focusing on quality, safety and innovation
Providing skilled and considerate nursing care to patients considering their specific needs
Preparing the treatment room/equipment and providing specialist assistance to the clinicians as required
Promoting the incorporation of health education into patient care, ensuring safe discharge of patients
Fully document all aspects of patient care and maintain accurate records and documentation
Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
Undertake extended roles such as IV cannulation
Attend and participate in team briefing
Driving continuous improvement of the performance and quality of care of the centre:
Support the Centre Director in facilitating communication and problem solving, establishing effective working relationships between clinicians and centre staff to develop a culture of continuous improvement that focusses on clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Provide strong clinical leadership and scrutiny of all matters relating to the quality of all clinical care delivery
To work alongside Senior Clinical and Medical Leaders and key stakeholders across the organisation to facilitate clinical excellence, impact and fulfilment of OneWelbeck's vision.
Lead the delivery of Quality Assurance and improvement activity, including delivery of systems which support clinical effectiveness, patient safety, regulatory compliance, customer feedback and professional development.
Provide advice, guidance and subject matter expertise on governance processes to all those involved in the leadership of clinical care, including dealing with complaints.
Support the maintenance and achievement of clinical and/or organisational accreditation e.g. ISO9001, contributing to, and facilitating successful certification.
Support the delivery and achievement of OneWelbeck's Quality Improvement Plan, leading on clinical projects and workstreams within remit.
Lead on the continued development, review and oversight of Clinical Policies and SOPs, ensuring that the clinical policy catalogue is effectively managed.
To take responsibility for the delivery of clinical and operational excellence as well as continual improvement of the Skin Health and Allergy / ENT service within the Centre.
Leads and participate in audits of the Skin Health and Allergy / ENT service within the Centres
Champion the organisation's brand values
Contribute to research-based care and other practice development initiatives
Leads and supports Clinical Governance processes throughout the Centres and attends the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Meetings
Ensure robust risk assessment processes are in place
To be proactive in managing adverse incidents/situations.
Support the team in working in the most efficient and clinically effective way whilst seeking new ways to improve service delivery and adopting innovations
Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical / technical knowledge / skill, and expertise
Actively participate in mentoring and developing junior members of the team
Contribute, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), towards strategic negotiations on all matters relating relation to clinical governance and Quality assurance supporting the achievement of commercial objectives
Drive the continuous improvement of our:
? Data quality and data analysis capabilities
? Reporting and escalation processes i.e. Board and Incident Reporting to guide our Quality learning and decision-making.
As Clinical Coordinator, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the ENT and Skin Health & Allergy centres.
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
Provide hands-on clinical support, including IV cannulation and patient monitoring.
Coordinate with consultants and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
Promote health education and ensure safe discharge planning for patients.
Participate in team briefings and contribute to service planning and innovation.
Support the team in working efficiently and adopting new ways to improve service delivery.
Profile
Key skills
Demonstrate senior leadership within the healthcare sector, with significant experience in clinical governance and quality assurance
High levels of motivation, willing to gain extended skills and work collaboratively to meet the needs of the service
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail and be able to work proactively and efficiently.
The ability to set, implement and evaluate standards of practice
The ability to work across functions and to manage pressure
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Experience & Qualifications
Qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Previous management and clinical governance experience within Surgical Services or Outpatient Services (essential)
Experience in the following specialties: Skin Health, Allergy and ENT (desirable)
Current ILS certification (essential) ALS certification (desirable)
