Introduction:

Recruit by Nature are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a reputable nursing home in Camden. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional committed to delivering exceptional elderly and dementia care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all operational and clinical aspects of the care home to maintain high standards of care. Support and develop the care team to ensure person-centred care tailored to residents' needs. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals. Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and resources efficiently to meet operational objectives.

Requirements:

Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, RN) with current registration. Proven experience managing a care or nursing home, preferably with elderly or dementia residents. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Good knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance. Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care and professional growth.

Pay & Benefits:
