24 clinical hours: Monday & Wednesday: 08:00 - 14:00 Friday: 08:00 - 20:00 12 supernumerary hours (to be scheduled on remaining days)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Clinical Lead Nurse

to join our team at our established nursing home in CT2 8NB. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse with strong leadership and clinical skills to step into a rewarding management position.

The successful candidate will oversee the clinical standards of care, lead the nursing team, and ensure the highest levels of care and compliance are maintained throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support the nursing and care teams. Ensure all residents receive safe, person-centred, and high-quality care. Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and care plan reviews. Support staff training and professional development. Work closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate digital records using the home's care management system.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid

NMC PIN

. Minimum

5 years' nursing experience

, including leadership in a care home or similar setting. Previous experience as a

Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager

. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of CQC standards.

IT literate

- ability to use digital care systems effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
