We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Clinical Lead
to join our team. This is afull-time, permanent
position offering an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse to take on a leadership role within a supportive and progressive care environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Support and mentor nursing and care teams to achieve the best outcomes for residents. Oversee clinical practices, audits, and compliance with CQC standards. Work closely with the management team to maintain exceptional care standards. Ensure all care plans and risk assessments are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Qualified
Registered Nurse
with avalid NMC Pin
. Proven experience in asenior clinical or supervisory role
within a care home setting. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical governance skills. A proactive and compassionate approach to care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 46,000.00-49,000.00 per year
