24 hours clinical: Monday & Wednesday 08:00 - 14:00, Friday 08:00 - 20:00 12 hours supernumerary: Split across remaining days (TBD)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Clinical Lead

to join our care home team. The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing and care staff to maintain high standards of clinical care. Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with care plans, policies, and regulatory standards. Act as the deputy for the home manager when required. Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and reviews. Ensure accurate and timely documentation using digital systems. Support staff training, development, and mentoring. Monitor clinical risks and implement best practices for patient safety and care quality.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN)

with experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager. Minimum

5 years of relevant nursing experience

. Proficient in IT and digital care systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
