We're now looking for an inspirational Clinical Unit Manager to lead our 18-bed community (Morgana Lodge) within Morgana Court & Lodge Care Home. Working 2 days 'on the floor' and 2 days supernumerary, this is your chance to shape care delivery, focus on truly positive outcomes, and lead a team to thrive.
About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Creating a calm, safe, and responsive environment for residents
Developing individual care plans that promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence
Supporting and supervising a dedicated clinical team to be their best
Building trusted relationships with families and professionals
Overseeing clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement
Acting as a role model for compassionate, evidence-based care

What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse (RMN preferred, or RGN with extensive experience in older people's care)
Proven leadership experience in a health or social care setting
Strong clinical skills and the ability to mentor and support others
A positive, proactive approach and passion for making a difference
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
Someone who values dignity, respect, and choice - always
