Are you an experienced and compassionate nurse looking to take on a leadership role in a dedicated and supportive environment? We are currently seeking a Clinical Lead to join our team at RCB Healthcare Group where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of nurses and care staff to ensure high standards of care delivery. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Clinical Excellence:

Provide expert clinical guidance and support, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care. Conduct assessments, care planning, and medication management with attention to detail.

Care Quality:

Monitor and maintain care quality standards in line with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and best practice guidelines. Ensure the home's policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Resident Care:

Be directly involved in delivering exceptional care to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are always a priority.

Training & Development:

Mentor and develop nursing and care staff through training, supervision, and performance appraisals.

Health and Safety:

Ensure the home operates within the legal and regulatory framework, including health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control protocols.

Collaboration:

Work closely with families, external professionals, and management to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:



Registered Nurse (RN)

with valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, ideally within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, care standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to care. Ability to manage and inspire a team, with a focus on improving quality and outcomes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Desirable Attributes:



Experience in person-centred care planning and delivery. Leadership or management qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent). Knowledge of dementia care (if applicable to the home).
