The post holder, in conjunction with the trusts CERN best practice groups / clinical network, will lead and develop the Bolton locality CERN pathways across adult and older adult community teams, ensuring the pathways are complaint with best practice standards, providing expert support, guidance and development to the CERN senior practitioners within the teams.
Interviews to be held on 22 December 2025.
1. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, support and consultation to the community teams for the management of CERN
2. S upport care coordinators and MDTs in the management of cases as required.
3. A ssess and develop formulations for the interventions for people with CERN in the community.
4. Provide therapeutic interventions for people with CERN, to include but not limited to Structured Clinical Management (SCM) and Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT).
5. Deputise for the Service Manager in his/her absence and take on any delegated management duties as required.
6.P rovide clinical supervision to Senior Practitioners for CERN and others requiring expert supervision as required.
7. Provide training to workforce and EBE on therapeutic interventions.
8. Ensure effective evaluation and development of the CERN pathway and service developments in line with the strategy.
9. Develop effective service interfaces.
10. Contribute/participate in group therapy for service users with CERN.
11. Lead a Reflective Practice Group and ensure provision of groups across the locality offer.
12. Identify training needs in the community teams.
13. Contribute to the development of the trust CERN strategy.
14. Contribute to the Operational on Call and Operational on Site rotas (formerly known as the bronze on call/site).
