Clinical Lead Gp's

Littleover, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a number of Clinical Lead GP's at Aspiro Healthcare, due to our expanding team, and commitment to developing special interest leadership roles within our service. We're offering an exciting opportunity for GPs who are ready to take responsibility, go above and beyond, and step into a leadership role within the practice. This isn't your usual GP role -- we're looking for individuals who want to think outside the box, take ownership of a specialist area, and act as a visible leader for both patients and colleagues.

Whether you're newly qualified or more established in your career, this role is about leadership, not just experience. We're looking for a GP who wants to take the lead, act as a point of contact for their clinical area, and drive service development that makes a real difference to patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in one of the following areas.

The role will combine regular clinical sessions with protected time for leadership work and development.
