Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee and coordinate patient care within our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical guidance, ensure high standards of nursing practice, and lead a team of nursing staff. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor patient progress, document clinical information accurately, and adjust care strategies as necessary. Provide expert advice on anatomy and physiology to support clinical decision-making processes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient treatment programmes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures at all times. Conduct training sessions for nursing staff to maintain high standards of practice and continuous professional development. Support the onboarding of new team members and evaluate staff performance regularly.

Skills

Extensive experience in patient care with a strong understanding of clinical procedures. In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform effective nursing practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with patients, families, and team members. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound clinical judgments.
