We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Clinical Lead

to join our team in Maldon. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff performance across our services. Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams. Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Manage and develop staff through supervision, mentorship, and training programs. Monitor clinical compliance, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory standards are consistently met. Lead on clinical audits, quality assurance, and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff. Serve as a point of contact for clinical escalations, safeguarding concerns, and regulatory inspections.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Clinical Lead

, or in a senior management role within a healthcare setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, best practice guidelines, and clinical governance standards. Ability to motivate, support, and develop a clinical team. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification preferred.
