Eckington Court Nursing Home - 7 Penny Engine Ln, Eckington, Sheffield S21 4BF



Salary:

52,000- 55,000 per annum depending on experience

We're thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to take the helm of our specialist mental health community . What You'll Be Doing



Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.



Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.



Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff.



Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.



Support strategic decision-making with the home and deputy manager.



Lead our support and inclusion groups within the homes community.

What We're Looking For



Registered Nurse (Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.



Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting



Significant experience in mental health, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings.



Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS , and safeguarding legislation



Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.



Experience in care home settings



Training in PBS, trauma-informed care, or similar frameworks.



Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
