We are seeking an experienced and confident
Clinical Lead
to join our nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse with strong clinical skills and leadership ability to step into a senior role within a supportive care environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursing team to ensure high standards of clinical care Oversee care planning, assessments, and medication management Support with staff development, supervision, and competency assessments Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Act as a role model, promoting best practice and person-centred care Work collaboratively with residents, families, and external professionals
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead a nursing team Prior management experience or experience leading a small team Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
Work Location: In person
