Job Summary

The Clinical Lead Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care within our care home. This position requires a dedicated professional who possesses extensive knowledge. The Clinical Lead Nurse will oversee nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional nursing care. Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents , ensuring all medical needs are met. Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Provide mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional development. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the clinical environment. Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role. Proficient in medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing.

Pay: 22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
