We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care while leading the nursing staff. Duties

Oversee and coordinate residents care, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines. Provide direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications and monitor residents. Mentor and support nursing staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinical environment.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing licence. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of care protocols and medication administration practices. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Demonstrated ability to lead a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing compassionate care and improving patient outcomes.
