50,000 - 53,000 per annum

Hours:

42.5 hours per week, mainly 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Clinical Lead

to oversee the delivery of clinical care within the nursing home. The ideal candidate will be local to the Cardiff area and have a strong background in care compliance, clinical governance, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the clinical team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and care policies. Monitor, evaluate, and improve care practices and procedures. Support and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment. Manage incidents, audits, and reports in line with company and statutory requirements. Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant clinical experience. Proven experience in nursing home leadership or clinical supervision. Strong knowledge of care compliance and regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills. Local to the Cardiff area (CF5 preferred).
