We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical practices and outcomes. Administer medications and oversee medication management protocols within the unit. Conduct assessments of patients' health status, documenting findings accurately and promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and best practices in nursing care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and care standards.

Experience

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of patient care principles, anatomy, and medication administration protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
