Join our nursing home in FIley as a Permanent Clinical Lead Nurse within our dedicated care and nursing home. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care for our residents, and we are seeking a professional leader to uphold clinical excellence and foster a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate clinical care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Support and mentor staff to deliver exceptional person-centred care. Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and monitor residents' wellbeing. Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding and health & safety procedures. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support audits and inspections.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Previous senior or leadership experience within a Care Home or Nursing Home setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical procedures. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
