Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams.
Oversee the safe delivery of care in line with NMC standards and home policies.
Conduct clinical audits, monitor care plans, and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor, supervise, and develop nursing and care staff.
Liaise effectively with GPs, external healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
Act as a role model, promoting a culture of excellence, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
Proven experience working in a Nursing Home environment.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and compliance.
