Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join a reputable care and nursing home in Mansfield. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Oversee clinical practice, medication management, and ensure compliance with CQC standards. Work closely with the Home Manager to promote best practice and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship, supervision, and professional development for nursing and care staff. Ensure accurate record-keeping and effective communication with residents' families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Experience in a senior nursing or Clinical Lead role within a care home setting. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Thorough understanding of CQC regulations, medication management, and safeguarding standards. Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional elderly and dementia care.

Salary:

50,336 per annum.
