Evedale Care Home is in a quiet Coventry neighbourhood, close to shops and public transport for easy visiting. We provide residential and nursing care, including support for complex medical needs. Specialist teams deliver 24-hour dementia and nursing dementia care with compassion and expertise.

Summary:

As a Clinical Lead Nurse you have responsibility for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care, which promotes independence, dignity and positively enhances the lives of individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

To develop the skills of the care team Promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care To ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff and induction of new care staff To work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, CQC standards as well as following Capital Care Group policies and procedures Planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centred care Undertake staff reviews and team meetings
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Registered Nurse Evidence of continual professional development Medication Update Highly energetic individual to develop teaching materials and training programs. Able to plan and obtain objectives to ensure the development of service. Knowledge of techniques for data collection. Able to conduct training sessions. Knowledge of nursing practice and theory. Able to lead staff and influence them. Able to work alone and as a part of a team. Good written and presentation skills.

Pay: Up to 22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.00 per week
