Job Description
Introduction:
We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionateClinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established care home service in Dartford, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the opportunity to lead clinical standards, support nursing teams, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee clinical care delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards. Support, mentor, and develop the nursing and care teams to maintain excellent clinical practice. Ensure safe medication management, care planning, and clinical governance. Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes. Act as a clinical point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with an active NMC pin. Previous experience in a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience working day shifts within a care home or nursing environment.
Pay & Benefits:
