Clinical Lead

Job Type:

Full-time | 39 hours per week (minimum, no supernumerary hours)

Salary:

35,000 - 42,000 per annum (further negotiable DOE)

We are seeking an experienced and committed

Clinical Lead

to join our care team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with proven leadership experience to step into a key role within a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care. Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical audits. Support, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff to ensure continuous professional development. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and best practices. Work closely with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure person-centred care. Take a proactive role in quality improvement and clinical governance.
Requirements

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

with valid NMC registration. Minimum

2 years' experience as a Clinical Lead

. Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A passion for delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement.
