About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Clinical Lead / Lead Nurse

to join our team and provide exceptional leadership and clinical guidance within our care setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse with proven leadership experience in a home care environment who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the nursing and care teams in all clinical aspects. The role combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of care standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the nursing team in providing safe and effective care. Work one clinical day per week, providing direct nursing care and supervision. Oversee and maintain accurate care plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation. Conduct clinical audits and support compliance with CQC standards. Provide training, mentorship, and professional development to nursing and care staff. Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and quality improvement initiatives. Promote residents' health, wellbeing, and dignity at all times.

Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

with a valid PIN.

Proven experience as a Lead Nurse or Clinical Lead

in a residential or home care setting. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent leadership skills. Ability to manage and prioritise both clinical and administrative duties. Compassionate, organised, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
