Introduction:

We are recruiting an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Mansfield. This is a senior clinical role offering the opportunity to lead nursing practice on shift, support staff development, and maintain high standards of care within a supportive and well-structured service.

The Role:

Provide visible clinical leadership across the nursing home, acting as a role model for best practice. Oversee care planning, medication administration, and clinical documentation in line with NMC and CQC standards. Support, mentor, and guide nursing and care staff to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care. Monitor residents' clinical needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Work closely with the management team to maintain compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration - essential. Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, or similar role within a nursing home setting. Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in leading teams. Good understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance. A calm, professional, and supportive leadership style.
