Provide visible nursing leadership and clinical oversight across homecare services Develop, review, and validate clinical procedures and competency frameworks Deliver and assess advanced clinical skills training (e.g. tracheostomy, ventilation, enteral feeding) Lead audits, governance reviews, and clinical quality assurance Support safeguarding, medication governance, and infection control Conduct clinical supervisions and training visits in clients homes Mentor and support Care Managers, Supervisors, and Registered Nurses Participate in the on-call rota as part of the wider Clinical Team Deputise for the Director of Nursing when required in governance matters
