23.00 per hourAbout the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Clinical Lead
to join our care home team. You will work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and care team to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered to our residents.As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting regular quality audits to maintain and improve care standards Leading by example and supporting the care team in day-to-day tasks Monitoring and ensuring compliance with professional standards and best practices Contributing to the development and implementation of care plans
Requirements:
Current
NMC PIN
(required) Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home or healthcare setting Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Commitment to delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive team environmentBenefits:
