Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of anatomy to effectively assess patient conditions and guide treatment plans. Mentor and support nursing staff through training, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Ensure compliance with health regulations and organisational policies while promoting a safe environment for both patients and staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and service delivery.

Experience

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of patient care practices, anatomy, and medication administration protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and foster a positive working environment.
