The Clinical Lead Nurse plays a pivotal role in overseeing patient care within the healthcare setting. Duties
Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring that all needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Utilise knowledge of anatomy to assess patient conditions effectively and develop appropriate care plans.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
Conduct regular evaluations of patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to optimise outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery and effective communication among all parties involved in patient care.

Experience
Candidates should possess relevant nursing qualifications along with substantial experience in clinical settings.
