We are looking for an experienced clinician to join us, to Clinically lead our fantastic Therapy Team within the City & Bicester Community Hospitals.



Building effective relationships is essential as you will act as a central point of contact for expert knowledge and information for our MDT, patients, their families, and carers. Working closely with the MDT, acute, community and social care partners to ensure that barriers are removed, and problems solved, which allow us to provide an excellent Rehabilitation service and safe and timely discharge of patients.



Whichever profession you are from, you will work within your professional function, receiving appropriate supervision and using your unique skills to support both our patients and MDTs progressing our patients' rehabilitation journey through to discharge.

You will have an up to date, working knowledge of current processes and awareness of the challenges faced in this area. An understanding of safeguarding, MCA and continuing care criteria is essential in addition to a range of clinical knowledge to support you in this varied and rewarding role.



You will be also responsible for the operational management of your team and supporting their professional and clinical development.
