We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Clinical Lead
to join our care home team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice and resident wellbeing.As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead, support, and develop the nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with NMC, CQC, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff. Oversee the delivery of safe, person-centred, and effective care. Manage care planning, risk assessments, and medication administration. Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance. Mentor and train team members to maintain excellent clinical standards. Liaise with healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid
NMC PIN
. Proven experience in aClinical Lead
or senior nursing role. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Sound knowledge of clinical governance and CQC standards. Passionate about providing outstanding care to residents.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
