We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee and coordinate patient care within our healthcare facility. Duties

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care Coordinate patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress in accordance with clinical protocols Provide expert guidance on complex clinical cases, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards Organise training sessions and professional development programmes for nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient treatment plans Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control policies, and organisational procedures Support the onboarding and mentoring of new nursing personnel

Qualifications

Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration from the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body Proven experience in a senior or leadership nursing role, preferably within a hospital or specialised healthcare setting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards patients and their families Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective communication skills Ability to organise workload efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
