Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee patient care and coordinate clinical operations within for a care home. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of nursing practice, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional patient care. 22 hours Clinical Lead Nurse and 22 hours SN. Shift times are 8am-8pm.

Duties

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Monitor and evaluate clinical procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Provide expert guidance on anatomy and clinical practices to team members Support patients through assessment, treatment, and education, ensuring their comfort and understanding Organise training sessions for staff development and continuous professional improvement Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities Assist in the development and implementation of policies to improve clinical outcomes

Experience

Proven experience in a nursing role with a strong background in patient care Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare setting is preferred Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and clinical procedures Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively Demonstrated ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail Relevant nursing qualifications recognised within the UK healthcare system

Pay: 21.55-22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
