Blythe Rose Care Home is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Lead Mental Health Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care and providing exceptional medical services. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

- Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient treatment
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
