Blythe Rose is a specialist care home for people living well with dementia. Blythe Rose Dementia Care is the leading regional specialist in the care of residents living with dementia and associated complexities and challenges. Blythe Rose Care Home is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Lead Mental Health Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care and providing exceptional medical services. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

- Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient treatment
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
