We're a specialist care agency working with local councils to support
13-17-year-olds
with complex mental health needs -- including self-harm, violence, and trauma-related behaviours. We place trained support workers into placements, and now need an experienced
RMN
to oversee clinical governance and ensure quality of care
You'll work closely with our Deputy Manager to:
Provide clinical oversight for care packages
Support crisis interventions and risk assessments
Supervise and guide support workers
Liaise with CAMHS, social workers and other professionals
Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance
This is an
ad-hoc / flexible
role -- perfect for an experienced RMN looking to work outside the NHS or alongside other contracts.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing licence.
Previous Clinical Lead or senior nurse experience
Proven experience in a clinical setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in clinical documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
Experience with self-harm, LD, or forensic CAMHS
A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Driver is preferred
