Job Description

We are an established and well regarded nursing home in Canterbury currently looking for an experienced RGN to join and lead our clinical team. The right candidate would ideally be experienced in working at this level and looking after the elderly.

As Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently. You will support the Home Manager in managing day-to-day operations, mentoring staff and driving clinical excellence. You will have exceptional clinical and management skills and also have a vision for innovation in fulfilling a person centred approach for those care for at the Home.

Key Responsibilities are:

- Lead and inspire a team of experienced nurses and care staff.

- Oversee clinical practices and ensure compliance with CQC standards.

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

- Support training and development initiatives.

- Liaise with families, GPs and external professionals.

Key Qualities needed:

- NMC registered Nurse RGN/RMN

- Proven leadership experience in a care setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Computer literate.

- Passion for elderly care and person centred support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 21.50-22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
