Clinical Manager

to lead our team and maintain the home's excellent standards. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about care, compliance, and team development.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proven Clinical lead ready to take full ownership of Clinical governance quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home to ensure exceptional care standards. Oversee clinical governance and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement. Manage and support a diverse team, including clinical and care staff. Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and other statutory bodies. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Lead the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care that meets the individual needs of patients and supports the health of the wider community. Act as a visible clinical leader and role model, working at least two nurse shift per week and providing expert advice and support to staff. Ensure that nursing staff consistently identify, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care in line with professional standards and local policies.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration. Proven leadership experience in a senior nursing or clinical management role. Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and health policy frameworks. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and coordinate services in a dynamic clinical setting. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From 55,000.00 per year
