We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to join our award-winning, modern, family owned and operated (not corporate) growing dental group.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Our group currently operates across multiple dental clinics and offices in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire: Stroud, Swindon, Cheltenham, and Bishop's Cleeve and Cirencester. This role will be primarily based in Stroud GL5 and/or Cirencester GL7 with regular time spent with our other dental clinics, both in person and remotely also.

The successful candidate will work closely with our management team, clinicians, practice leads, and wider dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations, uphold the highest standards of compliance, and support the professional development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily clinical operations of the practice Ensure compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, and other regulatory standards Support and mentor dental nurses and clinicians Manage stock control, infection prevention processes, and clinical audits Staff rotas and HR coordination Liaise with external suppliers and service providers Promote best practice in patient care and clinical governance

Essential attributes:

Previous experience in a senior dental nursing or clinical management role A collaborative role model with excellent communication and leadership skills, positive growth mindset Strong understanding of compliance, CQC, and infection control standards Ability to motivate and support a diverse clinical team GDC registration IT literacy and good organisational skills

Desirable attributes:

Previous experience as CQC registered manager Experience of working in an organisation with multiple clinic locations.

Salary:

Competitive -- dependent on experience and qualifications

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
