As a Clinical Manager you will provide leadership and clinical management to team leaders and highly specialist practitioners. Be clinically accountable for the direct delivery of the CYP SALT Service within the directorate team and will draw on theclinical experience of earlier career roles in assisting others in their delivery of direct patient care.

This is a part time role of 30 hours per week, opportunities for flexible working are available.

Main duties of the job
Be accountable for ensuring the direct delivery of high-quality person-centred services which always considers people's safety, privacy and dignity.
You will lead as a driver for change, contributing to the planning and design of services in line with Trust, locality, specialist services and government business and strategic plans and objectives to meet the needs of local people.
Act as a champion for clinical standards and for continuous improvement in the service user experience, providing assurance that standards meet all contractual requirements.
Recognise that all roles should work toward the improvement of patient care regardless of their direct contact. In this role, such contact will naturally be limited but will draw on the experience of earlier career roles in assisting others with patient and client care, some times in the context of resolving complaints and concerns.
Ensure the delivery of up to date evidence based practice.
