As the clinical and operational lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality adult community mental health care. You'll take full ownership of your teams' performance and ensure every service user receives exceptional care rooted in clinical excellence and compassion.

The post holder will work alongside senior management, you will take full accountability for delivering exceptional Adult Community Mental Health Services, focusing on:



Early Intervention in Psychosis Services



Individual Placement Support Services



You will:



Manage and optimize service delivery within the constraints of commissioning agreements, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively to maximize patient outcomes.



Guarantee that services not only meet but exceed internal and national quality standards, embedding clinical governance practices that promote continuous improvement and best practice.



Play a vital role in the Foundation Trust's journey, helping services demonstrate ongoing advancements in both quality and cost-efficiency.



Support the Trust's corporate planning cycles and identify new opportunities for service development within your portfolio.



Act as the accountable clinical manager for adult community mental health services across your areas of responsibility, resolving day-to-day operational and clinical challenges with confidence and decisiveness.



Translate national health and social care policies into tangible improvements on the ground.



Oversee risk management strategies, maintain risk registers, and uphold assurance frameworks to keep services safe and well governed
