We are currently seeking an experienced freelance professional for the role of Business Development Manager to help take our service to the next level.

You will be responsible for supporting the clinical director and the associated group of healthcare professionals (e.g., doctors and therapists) with all business matters relating to the practice, but primarily to help develop the business with Sales and Marketing.

The role seeks to help deliver an efficient, confidential, and caring service to our patients. The successful candidate will be reliable, with the capacity to develop future practice goals by bringing both energy and efficiency to the role.

The position is hybrid, requiring work from home and on occasion, at our clinic in Twyford, Winchester. Working hours are part time and to be negotiated depending on the demand as the business needs progress. We anticipate this permanent position becoming a salaried role in the near future.

Working alongside our clinical director, you will support and expand the practice; albeit some of the role may include supporting some administrative task, maintaining policies and procedures, welcoming new members of staff, ensuring that all records are kept up to date, and, when needed, offering systems and process training.

Experience with CQC would be preferential though not essential.

Role responsibilities and requirements (including, but not limited to):

Business development - Sales and Marketing experience, including designing (through graphic design), and implementing strategies, liaising with partner organisations, attending conferences / expos, etc... as well as using social media.

Excellent organisational and IT skills including Microsoft, Outlook and experience of clinical systems.

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills, working well with team members.

Adhering to information governance and security policies, particularly regarding confidential information of a highly sensitive nature.

The ability to work flexibly and to deadlines.

Salary: 15 per hour
