Eve Clinics is a specialist laser and medical cosmetic clinic based in the heart of Leamington Spa. We offer advanced cosmetic and dermatological treatments using state-of-the-art technology including Candela and DEKA lasers. Our team of skilled therapists and doctors deliver safe, results-driven treatments in a professional and welcoming environment.

We also operate a second clinic in London's prestigious Harley Street, delivering high-end medical aesthetic treatments.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organised Clinic Manager to lead our daily operations. You will be responsible for supervising our team of laser therapists and doctors, managing clinic calendars, ensuring excellent client service, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance, including CQC procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management

Lead and support a team of laser therapists and medical professionals Manage staff rotas, calendar coordination, and appointment scheduling Conduct regular team briefings and promote a positive working environment

Client Coordination & Front-of-House

Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and client booking requests Handle payment processing and update client records accurately

Clinic Operations

Ensure the clinic is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times Monitor stock levels and ensure treatment rooms are fully equipped Oversee daily operational tasks and address any maintenance issues promptly

Compliance & Administration

Ensure all client paperwork, consultation forms, and treatment consents are completed and properly stored Support and maintain compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines Review and update internal processes and policies as needed

Skills & ExperienceRequired:

Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare or aesthetic setting Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Confident using booking systems, email, and office software Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach Understanding of or willingness to learn CQC compliance procedures

Desirable:

Experience managing a clinic in the aesthetic or medical field Knowledge of laser and skincare treatments Basic First Aid or medical support training Previous nursing experience and/or direct experience with CQC inspections or policies will be a strong advantage

Pay: 34,788.04-59,318.94 per year
