Job Description
I am assisting a specialist Oncology experting firm to find a qualified Clinical Negligence solicitor to join their team and work with one of the most prominent Oncologists in the UK, helping them with the cases, both defendant and claimant.
The role will involve the occasional supervision of 4 junior solicitors, CPR compliance checks, conflicts of interest, making sure that terms and conditions are met and that payment terms are sorted. This role would suit a 4 year plus clinical negligence solicitor who is looking to move away from a fee-earning role and a better life balance. They work on a 35 hour week, and this role would be HOME WORKING. A good salary is on offer for the right candidate.
