About the Home:

Our modern care home provides quality 24-hour care for older residents. Individualised care plans are offered to those with age related needs, dementia, physical disability and end of life care. We are looking for a Registered RGN / RMN/ RNLD to come and join our friendly team.

About the role:

As the Clinical Nurse Unit Manager at our fantastic care home in Glasgow, you will lead the clinical team on shift supporting across all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, including developing and updating care plans and maintaining clear, accurate medication records whilst observing high standards in accordance with the clinical governance framework. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the rest of our care staff. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin (RGN / RMN- all considered) and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Training & Development:

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.

Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos\' of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
