Your career progression as a Nursing Unit Manager could be right around the corner at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow The home is looking for an experienced Nurse like you to lead on the designated unit to ensure safe staffing levels are maintained and person-centred planning processes are of the highest standards.

You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all unit staff are supported, administering medication, person centred-care and undertake general nursing work as appropriate, always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents\' personal, psychological and social care needs are met.

Your team will be extremely important too. You will undertake staff supervisions and support of team members\' development, always looking to demonstrate our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.

About You

To join us a Unit Manager (nursing), it is essential that you are a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration with 2 years\' experience and evidence of up to date training. You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.
