Clinical Operations Manager
, you will be part of a
passionate local leadership team
delivering early mental health support to children, young people and families through our
Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs).
You will help shape and drive a service that is
values led, evidence based and focused on outcomes that matter.
Working closely with the Service Manager, you will
lead on clinical quality, supervision and governance
, ensuring that everything we deliver is
safe, consistent and impactful.
You will support the service to grow and evolve,
mentoring practitioners, managing risk and holding high standards
across the board.
You will be a
visible, trusted figure
within your team and with our partners. You will provide
clinical leadership, support whole school approaches
and play a
key role in developing our workforce
, including trainees and supervisors. You will also contribute to
audits, performance reviews and service development
, acting as a
catalyst for positive change.

About You

Most of all, you believe in the impact of early help and in leading services that young people can truly rely on.
You will need:
A core professional qualification in mental health
such as nursing, social work or psychology
Postgraduate training in CBT
or a willingness to complete it
At least three years of experience in community services for children and young people
Senior level experience working with emotional wellbeing or mental health needs
Experience providing clinical supervision and leadership within a team
Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience
Excellent communication, risk management and organisational skills
A values driven approach to building relationships across teams and agencies
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
or alternative arrangements if you are unable to drive
You might also bring experience in
training, education settings or leading service improvement
, which will give you a strong head start in the role.
