Lloyds Clinical are Recruiting for a Clinical Operations Manager to support our Head of Nursing.
This role will lead and manage the Clinical Operations for Lloyds Clinical, driving continuous clinical improvement, ensuring service quality and compliance, and identifying commercial opportunities that support both new and existing business growth.
Lead the clinical development of end-to-end service delivery, including high-, medium-, and low-tech services and complex care.
Conduct clinical research and contribute to thought leadership to strengthen Lloyds Clinical reputation and market position.
Collaborate with Clinical Leads and the Training & Education Manager to plan the annual clinical training and development schedule.
Track, analyse, and report on clinical performance outcomes against the agreed plan.
Support on-call escalations for business-critical clinical issues
