Job Description

Join a friendly team at a GP Surgery in leafy Harrow.

Our Clinical Team consists of GPs, Physician Associate, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacy Technician, Nurse and HCAs.

We are also a Teaching and Training Practice and have Trainee GPs, FY2 Doctors and Medical Students and have a strong culture of teaching and training in a supportive learning environment.

We are also a member of Harrow Collaborative PCN that consists of 8 Practices across Harrow.

Job Summary:



Principle Role-mandatory:



1.Prescribing and Medication Reviews



2.Chronic Disease Monitoring and Reviews

as required for QOF.

3.Support with all Enhanced Services including Local Enhanced Services.



4.Managing Docman letters that need action.



5.Managing Pathology results that need action.



6. Support with triage and managing Patient Online Consultations



7.Minor Ailment Clinics



8.Support and working with Pharmacy Technician.



9.Practice Prescribing Lead



Additional Role -mandatory:



Attend and participate in Clinical Meetings. Attend and participate in Practice Team Meetings. Attend and participate in Practice and PCN and ICB Prescribing Meetings. Support the practice in teaching/training/mentoring of healthcare professionals such as Trainee GPs, Trainee Nurses, Trainee Physician Associates, Trainee Pharmacists, Medical Students and Pharmacy Technician. Support the practice for any appropriate audits required such as for CQC, QOF, Enhanced Services, Practice Development etc. Freedom to Speak Up Lead.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 45,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
