As a Clinical Recruitment Partner at Envisage Dental, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clinics are staffed with exceptional clinicians who deliver outstanding patient care and uphold our culture of

Key Responsibilities as Clinical Recruitment Partner;
Cultural Guardianship & Brand Ambassador
Champion our culture of CARE in every interaction with candidates and internal partners
Role-model inclusive, values-led behaviour that strengthens our employer reputation in the market
Attraction & Sourcing
Develop targeted attraction strategies to build a strong pipeline of dentists and hygienists
Leverage social platforms, referrals, events, and local market networks to position Envisage as the partner of choice for clinicians
Collaborate on tailored campaigns to support brand visibility and engagement
Use labour market insights and internal data to identify talent hotspots, gaps in coverage, and emerging recruitment risks
Screening & Selection
Conduct structured screening calls assessing patient experience delivery, treatment mix, values alignment, and clinical competence expectations
Participate in virtual and in-person interviews with Clinic Managers and operational leaders
Deliver an exceptional, values-led journey that reinforces trust and professionalism
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as the primary recruitment partner for Directors of Clinic Support and Clinic Managers in your region, coaching them on best practice in attraction, assessment, and onboarding
Provide proactive market insights to help clinics forecast and manage associate workforce
Process & Reporting
Own accurate, timely recruitment data within the ATS and associated reports
Contribute to recruitment based performance reviews
Identify and implement process improvements
Ensure compliant hiring processes
These are the typical activities you'll be involved in, but as a scaling business, there will be opportunities to diversify your work, contribute to wider projects, and grow your role over time.
What you'll need to succeed as a Clinical Recruitment Partner
Key measures of success include achieving optimum vacancy fill times per clinic, ensuring a high quality of hire and maintaining strong retention rates. Success is also measured through positive stakeholder and candidate feedback. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, including emotional intelligence, curiosity, and the ability to influence and build trust.
You will also need:
Proven experience recruiting dentists, hygienists, or similar healthcare professionals within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
A strong understanding of self-employed clinician models, associate agreements, and local dental market dynamics
A customer-focused mindset, always acting with clinics, clinicians, and patients in mind
Excellent organisation and data literacy, with the ability to balance pace and quality
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted recruitment partner
